4. Management of Implant Anchorage in the Multidisciplinary Patient
5. Clinical and Laboratory Procedures for Implant Anchorage in Partially Edentulous Dentitions
6. Orthodontic Loading of Implants: Biomechanical Considerations
7. Orthodontic and Orthopedic Anchorage Using Subperiosteal Bone Anchors
8. Restorative Considerations in Combined Orthodontic Implant Therapy
9. Implant Considerations in the Growing Child
10. Orthodontic Anchorage with Osseointegrated Implants: Bone Physiology, Metabolism, and Biomechanics
